The JDO RAW 2020 programme established a new brief 'Mash Made in Heaven' in which students were encouraged to create new food/drink brands by combining two unconventional food, drink or flavours that appealed to millennials. The Mash Generator inspired me to create a food/drink combo of my own. Prawns and beer were a traditional meal in coastal pubs, so I thought my 'Mash' would make a great contribution that appealed to consumers who were fans of seafood and beer.
